Todd's same-day mobile service- saved us $$$-- Thanks for your honesty and integrity!! I have called many "Mobile Service Providers" across the south but Todd is the only one to actually deliver same day service and restored our power within HOURS! We have never had this level of customer service! Our motorcoach was dead with no lights, power or heat and my husband had just left to go out of town. I was stranded and it was COLD. Todd greeted me with a friendly voice and assured me he'd head my way after his current stop. He delivered and arrived within the hour! He was very patient and listened to the problems we'd been having as the warning signs were there for a while. He systematically checked the obvious culprits and assisted with my call to the manufacturer to obtain wiring diagrams for the bus. He diagnosed the issue and found that we had a bad relay switch on the inverter/converter- AND even explained how the system worked for me to better understand our equipment! He suggested I order the part direct from Amazon and install it myself saving tons of money!! For the interim, he bypassed the relay so we could have power while waiting for the part to arrive. MERRY CHRISTMAS TODD- Thanks for the awesome service - Your honesty and integrity saved us tons of money!

My wife and I were traveling through Baton Rouge this past week in our large motor home. Suddenly my engine shut down and stranded us at the Loves truck stop on Lobdell. After making several calls including Good Sam road service I was able to connect up with Todd Marks. I explained my problem to Todd over the phone. Todd came to us, escourted us to a safe parking lot and started diagnostics on my engine. He identified my issue and we started making arrangements to get the needed parts. It took two days for the parts from my supplier. When they came Todd and one of his mechanics went to work and fixed my coach. I can’t praise Todd enough for all he did to solve a crisis. If you need help I recommend calling these folks.
