I rented a 15” truck. I was attended by Luis, he was attentive, and fast. I was in and out of the location in 5 minutes. The truck was super clean.

Easy pickup was appreciated . However, the lack of inspection of the rented trailer caused an unfortunate experience. Tires on trailer were not good and had a blow out on a stretch of a country road. Roadside service was contacted and after being told several times help was about 20 minutes away by the contracted service it was 2 1/2 hours before anyone arrived. Not acceptable to leave an elderly couple stranded when it is hot & rainy.

Awesome place. Misty was a ton of help and super friendly. The guy who shocked my truck in ( possibly one of the managers) was also really awesome, polite and helpful. Highly recommend

Worst U-Haul place ever. The employees had such a bad attitude. They cared more about chatting with each other than providing a good service to customers. Do not come here. Save yourself the trouble.

Moving can be a stressful experience, but when customer service is excellent, it makes it a bit easier! Mr. Jamal T had everything ready to go. My wait time was probably under 2 minutes! Even the gas tank was full! I highly recommend this location! Mr. Jamal you rock and thank you for making such a stressful situation, such as moving, a lot less stressful!!
