They were incredibly friendly and efficient, a perfect 5/5! Being able to book them on the same day was incredibly lucky. I’m beyond satisfied with their service, both in terms of cost and quality of work. Four people arrived and unloaded my truck in just 30 minutes, handling everything with great care!

These guys made a potentially stressful day a lot easier. They were on time, obviously knowledgeable and had the best attitude considering it was 85+ degrees and I live on the third floor. Communication was great. Right on schedule and very reasonable.

Booked BB's through Hire a Helper. The lady said they were highly recommended. And I would highly recommend them as well. They were on time, moved fast and smart. They managed to fit all my stuff in a small space by stacking items well. Communication prior to the move was seamless as well. I'm going to recommend them to all my friends in michigan.

BB's Moving with Care did a fantastic job helping me move into my apartment in Ann Arbor this past week. They were punctual, efficient, kind, and had great spirits while unloading my trailer up a flight of stairs in the pouring rain (no small task). 3 gentlemen helped my father and myself unload a one bedroom apartment in a little over an hour. Thank you for your help and positivity during a rainy day move. Would use again in a heartbeat. -

VERY Poor professionalism by the movers who helped us move! If I could rate 0 stars I would! First off when we did the walk through our house of what needed to be loaded into the uHaul truck they were complaining that they wouldn't be able to get it all done. Throughout the move they complained about everything and about the amount of boxes we had to pack up. They were VERY slow, rude, and even made my wife feel very uncomfortable while they were in the house to the extent where she had to just go outside. That's not all, no joke, they felt it would be OK to light their cigarettes using the gas stove in our house so they could take a break! Did i mention the worked very slowly, which lead to having to add on 2.5 additional hours on & they STILL didn't get everything into the truck. I would never recommend these guys to anyone & would like to receive my money back!
