Yes it was said a few times on here and yes they do. Find any way to keep your deposit... Super micro manage,And they don't stick to there word and play with your pay. I should have listened to the reviews and stayed away. They put up a good front. But on the end they don't care. They just like the rest money hungry.Now there connected with CRST gud luck please take review serious. You been warned

I was thinking of applying here, but all the negative reviews can't be wrong/lies from drivers. All it take is one negative review to make me unsure. Too bad most all companies are like this today. I can say that back in the day, there was never any escrow to drive a company truck and we were not micromanaged. If your not paid for detention or layover, local moves-move on. Always keep the back door open! (to leave a bad company at anytime)

Horrible company to work for. They say one thing and they never follow through. They told me that I was being terminated because I didn't run when I was having trouble breathing because of the heat. All I wanted was time for it to cool off so I could get out of the truck. Update. They never paid me for any of the local runs. The first OKC to OKC paid $0. I was never paid for dwell time of 8.5 hours at the shipper. I had another load with dwell time on it that I wasn't paid for either. If I had known they were going to fire me like this, I never would have helped them out with another local run in OKC. Not to mention the fact that I was outside the truck a lot getting the extra pallet and broken box off and getting the tag light fixed. Top it off sitting in a truck that was in the 80s with the AC running full blast. Not to mention they kept my $500 deposit. They talk about safety, but they are not safe. They tell you how important the drivers are and they make you promises. They treat you like trash and they never keep their word.

I want to thank this people at this company for sharing with me the hospitality and amenities that were offered by two ladies at the office. These two ladies offered me to spend the night on the yard without me being a company driver there. I felt I was treated like BCB family. The lady that cleans was very friendly and had everything well organized and clean. If I ever come to live near here this will be the next door I will knock to be part of the BCB family. I hope they will open a company in Brownsville,Tx. There is a great business opportunity because is located near Matamoros Mexico where lots of products are made there and products cross every day.God bless them.
