As I read all the reviews of beach transportation, I sit floored. The few negative experiences that were left blows my mind. I am an employee of beach transportation for about a year now and I have felt nothing but welcomed and cared for. I'm not sure how many are employed with beach but it has to be at least 100 people, if not more. Everyone is real here. Good, kind people. Ranging from ages(this is a guess) 18 to 80. I've never been so comfortablely welcomed anywhere. Feels like I have always known everyone my whole life! It's nice! Now I want anyone to get that many people together, a route, am and pm. Include the drivers, teachers, the schools, the kids and the parents. Don't forget all the buses and the mechanics part. Mechanics included. And tell me you can make everyone happy everyday. I don't think it is possible. Never make a mistake? Only in a fake, madeup world. Nothing fake about beach, like I mentioned before, real people at beach Personally I think a bad experience a time or two is not bad considering how many hours the busses put in! BEACH TRANSPORTATION, your ROCKING IT! Thanks for letting me work for your company and making me feel like a part of the family!

The bus driver hit my kid over a pencil and they did nothing. Short staffed or not, no one has the right to put their hands on my kid. 8 years old and now is scared of the bus because they are doing absolutely nothing.

I’m sure the company is nice and all but whoever the employee is that drives a red Chevrolet truck, looks to be an 80+ white man, he shouldn’t have a license. Almost hit me in the copper mountain coffee drive thru on his way out, then jumped the curb and nearly caused another car accident to get onto the street without waiting. I know this is outside of his working paid time but whoever chooses to drive like that has no business driving children or anyone else.

I ride bus 241 to school and the driver, Dusty is amazing! Things can get out of hand on it, but Dusty handles it like a pro! He deserves a raise!

Extremely unprofessional company. I used them for my wedding transportation, and they messed up on multiple occasions. I had sent the itinerary to Josh multiple times and week of, he sent me the finalized schedule which was still incorrect. After what seemed, like we had it figured out the driver still failed to follow the schedule. They did not pick up at the right time and so our wedding ceremony had to be pushed back an hour. The driver was very unfriendly and was completely unaware of the schedule and pickup/drop-off locations. We paid for four trips and only two ended up happening. It seems like a refund should have been issued, especially for all the trouble we ended up going through. Needless to say, don't go with them for one of the most important days of your life, added so much stress when it seemed simple enough to stick to a timeline and communicate it to the driver.
