The Bay Hauling crew is amazing! I called them the day of a big job after our original hauling company didn’t show up. We were on a time crunch and had to clear out an entire house by the end of the day in order to get it on the market. Bay hauling showed up and got the job done in under 3 hours! They cleared an entire house in record time, it was so incredible! Their guys are efficient and professional! Their pricing is very reasonable! I highly recommend them for any junk removal job!

My parents have lived in the same house since the late 70’s. It’s safe to say they never threw anything away. Forty years of accumulated junk had piled up and we were looking for a junk removal company to help us, help my parents, take back their space. We called Bay Hauling after seeing great reviews on Yelp. My husband spoke to Brenda, who right away understood the sensitivity of the project. It was evident that they were highly experienced in these types of clean-ups with my parents having a difficult time letting go of many things. We had a very pleasant in-person estimate/quote done by the owner Juan. He was very easy to talk to, very thorough when answering our questions, and showed sensitivity and professionalism through the entire process. After learning Bay Hauling was a family owned local business in Benicia, CA, and after the kind interactions we had with Brenda and Jaun, we decided to move forward. Planning and locking down a date was also very easy. They were extremely accommodating and took every factor, from us living an hour drive away, to the man power needed for the job, into account. The crew that came for the clean up was also extremely kind, considerate, sensitive, and hard working. We had some minor demolition done in the garage with some old cabinets and junk clean up in the garage the backyard patio, and two small storage units in the backyard. During the clean up itself, there were times when my parents came out and had a difficult time letting go of certain items. The crew was very mindful, gave us time to sort through some things when needed, and stayed sensitive to the situation. The original estimate/quote that Jaun had originally advised was right on the money. We filled up 5 full truckloads. The job took a full day, starting at around 8AM to about 4PM. I cannot thank Juan, Brenda, and Shiloh (our main contacts for this job) enough for making this huge job as easy as possible. In a heartbeat, I would recommend Bay Hauling and I plan to use them again in the future.

Just had a stellar experience with the guys from Bay Hauling, LLC. (Ernesto and Haracio)! :) These guys gave us a more than fair price, came at a good time (we live in Richmond/San Pablo), gave exemplary customer service, and worked their butts off!
