I cannot express enough how amazing BEK was for our move! Every single interaction with BEK starting with the quoting process, date pick, confirmation, etc was great. But the true shining moment was their crew. These folks were not only professional, strong and fast but they were just simply outstanding people. We saw them move my family member previously and we are just so happy we went with them! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Go with these folks, you won’t regret it!

Tucker and Hicks (also called Nathan) are great to work with. They introduced themselves first. The whole time they presented themselves as very pleasant, positive, efficient, friendly workers. They really put me at ease first. Although mine is a very simple project, it requires moving a bigger couch from the basement to the living room, and getting rid of the smaller couch in the living room. These guys are efficient and get the job done the way I desired. 5 years ago, I hired a mover, the two men crew could not get the bigger couch up the living room, only the smaller one. I was relieved this time when I saw Tucker and Hicks got the bigger couch up through the tie spot of the staircase. I called the other two movers closer to my home. One of them did not get back to me, the second one said they don't usually do small projects like this one and if yes have to wait for 3 weeks. So I called the BEK mover which is far from my home, Creve Coeur, they responded in a short period of time and were willing to come by the next morning which is perfect for me because it was a Saturday morning. I will definitely use BEK again in the future Thank you Tucker and Hicks! My dog Casey enjoys the bigger couch that evening. Hahaha.

Mixed review for sure... Our move was successfully completed in 1 day. The moving team professional and efficient and friendly - one of the best & we've done a lot of moves. Unfortunately, there are key things BEK ownership should be exceptional at providing to customers and they fell short. Top concerns: 1. Very difficult to reach anyone at BEK. My move was 6/20/24 and it is now 8/9 and I still don't have my damaged table back. Both my husband & I have called & emailed several times - no table. 2. We were very organized for our move and even complimented by the owners who came out to complete the on-site estimate. The truck was too small for our contents and the time was underestimated. The end bill, while accurate, was a shock as it was ~60% higher than the original quote. 3. Content Insurance: I would buy insurance and not rely on BEK. I understand they have a furniture repair person on staff, but I still don't have my table back. BEK - please give us our table back.

This was our first time hiring a moving company, from an apartment to a home. We had an incredible experience with our crew of movers (Michael, Tucker and Devin). All very polite, listened and cared for our belongings. They were so fast, and did not waste any time. I will only use BEK from now on and will definitely request this specific crew again. And will highly recommend BEK to all friends and family.

I was referred to BEK by my real estate agent. We knew this was going to be a huge move including a baby grand piano and a large safe, so we spread it into two moves to keep it from being overwhelming. The BEK crew took care of everything. We had a crew 4 guys the first move and 9 on the second. I've never seen a group of gentlemen like this in any moving company. (and I have moved a lot) They showed up on time and everyone was wearing a big smile. Hard to believe but they were still smiling after a hard 9 hour move. Not one complaint from anyone, they worked well together and not a slacker in the bunch. Moving is likely the most stressful time in your life and I would absolutely tell you in my opinion, that BEK is the best available. Thank you especially to my hard working crew of Cozy, Dolan, Stewart, Dom S, Dearing, Swann, Nate and Hagan. Best of luck in the future guys you made it fun! Robbie Johnson
