Let me first say if I was able to give less stars I would have. From the beginning of this experience I have had nothing but troubles with this company. Nick quoted me one price and Billy upped that price 2 days before the move by doubling the original quote. By this time I would ha e lost the deposit and I was no longer able to find a truck to do the move myself. The driver showed up a day late and he didn't have any help to load my belongings into the truck. I had to find 5 friends to help load the truck. Not exactly what I was paying for. The driver Philip, who was not an employee for Belmont I came to find out but a transport company Belmont hired, told me my belongings would arrive in Louisiana on June 28th since that's when I told him I could receive everything. I quickly found out this would not be happening when I called Belmont on July 1st asking where my things were located. To my frustration and surprise they did not know but said they would get back to me shortly. I was also informed that my stuff would take an additional month to get yo my house. After waiting weeks to find out where everything was I was told it was in Dallas and then new Mexico. The customer service representatives, who might I add are extremely rude, finally told me my items would be arriving no later than Aust 4th. By August 10th when I still didn't have my stuff delivered I began making calls to locate the driver. The Belmont reps didn't have the phone number for MB transportation, the company they hired, and when I finally hunted this number down I was told by the owner of Belmont that they didn't have me on the schedule for delivery because Belmont never contacted them to set a delivery date. Keep in mind multiple phones calls with Belmont reps with them telling me this date and that date were scheduled for delivery. After filing a police report in Montana for theft MB transportation finally tried to deliver everything at 2am! I quickly told Philip the MB driver to not show up at my house at 2am. After 49 days of not knowing where everything I owed was it was "delivered ". At least half of it was. And that which was delivered was done with crushed boxes, broken furniture, crushed totes, and the police having to be called for me to get the rest of my stuff off of the truck. I am still missing 22 boxes of stuff, I watched the driver break my coffee table into pieces by stopping on it and was told it's not his problem that it broke. My washing machine is completely broken and it was only 2 months only when they took it for this move. I have written multiple emails to Belmont with no replies. I have called the owner of mb transportation with no response. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I have now lost thousands of dollars of personal items and have to replace everything broken and missing. My suggestion is if you don't want half of your belongings to either be broken or not show up do not use Belmont !! Worst experience with any company ever! By the way the driver sent me photos of my sruff he had stored in him hotel room! Not what I was paying for honestly .

This was an absolutely HORRIFIC experience; I'd give 0 stars if I could. I waited 9 weeks for my belongings, and everyone at Belmont was essentially useless when I spoke to them. I had several issues with this company: 1) They outsource the actual delivery and defer/blame every problem on that third party (A1 Transport in my case). I could never get ahold of anyone at A1 Transport, and no one at Belmont could give me an ETA for my delivery. Their contracts do not match, so even though you're signing with Belmont, the bulk of your payment goes to that third party and you don't see their contract until the day of pick up. 2) Communication was terrible. There is no consistency with who handles which jobs, so I spoke with someone different every time I called. Someone at Belmont was supposed to reach out to arrange pickup 24-48hrs in advance (at that point, they'd only told me "we'll be there Monday or Tuesday"), but I never got a call. When I called that Monday, Belmont and A1 Transport told me different pickup dates. When they finally agreed on one, I was told pick up between 6-8pm but no one showed up; the driver texted me instead at 9:30pm saying he was 5 minutes away. Then they gave me the new A1 Transport contract to sign, which I'd never seen before and had to review and sign for my items to be loaded. The driver estimated 2-3 weeks for delivery. After 7 weeks without delivery and calling for updates, Belmont finally told me my belongings were loaded and out for delivery, but then I didn't hear anything for another week. I learned that they had lied; my belongings were still sitting at the A1 Transport warehouse. Same problems with pick-up happened with drop-off. A1 Transport's driver texted me the morning of saying he'd be at my new house for drop off between 1-3pm. I'd already told both Belmont and A1 Transport that I'd be out of town that week (I'd been staying at home waiting for 9 weeks at this point), so I had to send family over to let him in. The driver was the only one there to unload, he showed up in flip-flops, and he made payment extremely difficult. Boxes were crumbled and my mattresses were folded/taped in half. 3) They're overpriced considering the terrible service ($5600 for a 2bd 2bath move from CA to CO). A1 is supposed to provide a $30/day reimbursement for every business day passed 30 days for delivery (Belmont's policy is 21 days, but apparently that doesn't even matter since I'm paying A1), but the driver knew nothing about this so I had to pay in full, and now I have to reach out to these AWFUL companies again for reimbursement. Belmont told me "file a claim with A1, it can take up to 90 days to get a response". Terrible companies. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

A complete scam and a waste of money and time. - They delivered our shipment after 1 month! They have charged us extra to deliver our stuff! - The truck was not sealed and there was lots of water on the truck's floor!! Our sofa and mattress were full of dirty footprints and all but ruined. Our electronic devices were also wet! - Some pieces are missing while no one takes responsibility. Our stuff was mixed with someone and the driver asked me to accept someone else’s boxes instead of ours!!! - Everything was literally thrown in the truck. Our baggage and tables were broken, falling over on top of stuff. - We had to get in the truck OURSELVES to help move the stuff out. - Their insurance doesn't respond and take responsibility to even check the damages! Their insurance is even worse than the movers!

Owner SEAN PRISTASCH delegated their contractual duty to a company who has A REPUTATION FOR BEING FRAUDULENT AND EMPLOYING REPEAT CRIMINALS, Marshal Van Lines for the carrier. I have reported to the Attorney General, Sheriff's Department , Department of Transportation and BBB. Now TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST SEAN PRISTASCH AND BELMONT MOVING AND THIEVERY company. Owner SEAN PRISTASCH hides behind a boilerplate documents. His team steals from client by misleading and lying about service quality and then claiming they are "only brokers and have no responsibility" when there are countless claims just like mine. Over 30% of our items delivered were damaged. NOW Waiting over 80 days for delivery and still have not completed shipping all our property. NOT A SINGLE CALL FROM BELMONT TO RESOLVE. Do not use them. Worst experience and tremendous damage to our belongings. Also delivered wrong box to our home and have not asked to return to proper owner. Only had 1 person for delivery on a 2 bedroom home. Had to unload truck myself. Driver dragged and damaged larger items he couldn’t lift. Sales person SEAN HILL KNOWS VERY WELL THEY OUTSOURCE TO CRIMINALS and is part of the sales technique to lie and mislead potential clients. IF THEY HAVE DONE THE SAME TO YOU, PLEASE DO ALL YOU CAN TO PUT FRAUDULENT COMPANIES LIKE THIS OUT OF BUSINESS.

A complete rip off and scam. We received our shipment yesterday and it looked like everything was literally thrown in the truck. Our safe and dresser was ON TOP of our boxes, falling over on top of stuff. The movers they contracted to move the stuff out of the truck refused to continue because it was too dangerous without additional help. We had to get in the truck OURSELVES to help move the stuff out. Nothing was strapped down and the driver clearly drove like a madman. Our stuff was mixed with someone else’s and we have someone else’s boxes and they have ours. Our Peleton was at the bottom of the pile on its side and is completely broken. Our brand new purple mattress that was packed with the plastic cover was ripped up, full of dirty footprints and all but ruined. On top of all this the people who sold us this move completely scammed us with the price. We ended up paying $4,000 more for the same cubic feet that was estimated. HORRIFIC!!!!!!
