Wasn’t very thrilled when I came in the last couple times. First time I came in the guys were busy but the girl that works the parts department was playing on her phone and sitting on her stool. She looked up at me and proceeded to look back at her phone. I sat there for a couple more minutes before I said very politely. “Could I talk to someone about a bearing”? Then she gave me this look like I completely inconvenienced her. Also both times I’ve brought my rigs in their new shop manager would tell me I’d have to take my stuff up to the dealership. Both times I did they were really simple repairs that could have been made pretty sure that the guy just doesn’t want to do the repairs. Must be why there’s hardly any business going on over there anymore. From now on I’ll drive the extra hour for the dealership. Seems like that’s the only place I can get anything done.

Sometimes it feels like I'm there every day, but that's good cause they always have what I need. When I look for parts no one seems to have, they never disappoint. Knowledgeable and helpful. Always there when I need them.. Its been a few years since I posted the above review and Google asked me if I would like to update my review, so I thought about what to change. I came to the conclusion that I have nothing to change. They are as awesome and helpful now as they always have been. 2 big thumbs up to this place. 5 stars. They rock. And years later i get to give another add on to the review.... They still have very knowledgeable staff, friendly service and you get that feeling that they actually care and want to help you out, probably cause they do. .... What more could you expect from a business. They are still awesome. Thanks Ben and crew for always being awesome.

Its like a glimpse into the good ole days. Not many computers but lots of know how. If you need parts there is a good chance they have it. Old timer in the back is a bit of grouch but he's honest. They do a little of everything and have decades of experience. I was told they have been in Red Bluff since the sixties. Got me up and running in no time. Thanks again.
