This place is a life hazard. One should not give these slumlords your money. I get that sometimes people are down on their finances but that is no reason to live in slum-like conditions. Truly deplorable even for a slumlord. The state needs to do an inspection.

Apparently houses can grow 10 feet overnight so you get charged $400 more than originally told just to have a few extra blocks put in. Also left the hitches on the trailer (like we have the means to take them off) seriously an eye sore.. everything else was fine. Just make sure you don’t pay until the job is done to your satisfaction.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. The people that moved the trailer are rude. They cut all the water pipes so now i have to re plumb my house. They left a crack in it. The broke the windows in the house. But they made that part right. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Wouldn't live there it rains in my brothers trailer and she's charging 700 a month for something that needs to be condemned not even fit to live in

It's a pleasure to live in such a nice, friendly manufactured home community. I especially enjoy the nightly parties so many of my friendly neighbors have. Never a dull moment. Did I mention friendly ?
