Advertises 24 hour towing but doesn't answer the phone. Car was towed last night after an accident. Pretty good, about 15-20 min from dispatch. Driver claimed he would check if the shop had a drop box and leave it there if it did. Confirmed this morning the shop does have a drop box. Car is not there and Benjamin Brothers won't answer the phone so that I can confirm the car's location and set up a tow to the inspection site.I have been trying periodically for the last 4 hours.

I was having my car repaired at Rad Air 6 weeks ago. A driver from Benjamin's Brothers smashed into the drivers side of my car. An employee at Rad Air saw him as he took off. NOT only my car but another car as well. My husband constantly tries to contact them to no avail. Today, their phone seems to be disconnected. I would advise others to not do business with them.

Grateful to have help the gentleman help me out after my tire popped. I was parked helpless thinking about convince because tire shops aren’t usually open at this time but they are open 24/7. Thanks again 100% recommend.

I would never trust this company. We used our insurance company who sent this tow service company to help tow my 17 year. They took 2 hours, then the driver tried to extort us for money. Told us we would have pay 80 in order for him tow it left when we told him no then said he would just tow it to impound. After dealing with this shady tow service and him telling me that our insurance gave the same pick as drop off and I told him obviously that is an error and that he should contact the insurance. He told me it wasn't his problem. My words to leave and I don't need his service. i call our insurance who apologized for the error and said we would Not need to pay any towing service. They sent a new tow service Westpark Towing that showed up in 20 minutes and got the job done without trying to extort us for money. Also, the insurance took a report and will be filing against this company. I would never trust this company! I will be writing a great review for Westpark Towing who was kind and caring given the situation

So last night March 16 after having a night out for St Patrick’s day, my sister came and picked me and my boyfriend up, my sisters car broke down at 11:30pm downtown W 9th street. We were able to contact our insurance and they set us up with a driver who showed up at 1:30 am, He started demanding my boyfriend pay him 80 dollars or he would steal our car and take it to impound. Again our insurance sent this driver from this agency, he is required to take the car to a privately owned shop . When my boyfriend said no at first the driver took off leaving us. My boyfriend called him back saying “fine we’ll just pay”. We were desperate it was late. The man returned at 3 am took the money but had no intentions of towing our car. My Mom went off on him and took back the money he extorted from my Boyfriend. The driver then started recording my boyfriend and tried to play off “i can’t accept this payment” and left us stranded yet again. We had to call a completely different towing company who helped us out greatly . I RECOMMEND NEVER USING THIS COMPANY! the drivers are sketchy immoral human beings
