This is by far the worse place. But they are typical. Owner Operator here.. I actually leased with all my stuff.. could've been worse maybe. In bad times to retain driver ect. They should reduce percentages and cost.. they also nickel and dime ya to Hell!!!!!!! Never ever would I recommend this huge company to any owner operator! Bye 👋 forever bunch of Felicia's!

Bennett use to be a great company to work for. I work for them for almost 4 years. The first 3 years love it. Until Bennett hired a field safety supervisor. And the office got a good Ole boy click in it. It doesn't matter how good your driving record is. Or how much experience you have. If that field safety supervisor doesn't like you. YOU'RE GONE!!! You know it's getting bad; when safety department will protect and promote a woman driver that has 3 BRIDGE STRIKES. And let go of a driver that has almost million accident free oversize miles under his belt. I was terminated. Just because field safety supervisor doesn't like me. He will tell you to violate the permits and safety department backs him. Safety department and field safety supervisor. Both told me to violate the permits. I refused to do so. I was let go. NO written or verbal company policy EVER supersedes local, state, or federal law. Permits are state laws that over dimensional loads have to abide by. I would think twice before deciding to go into heavy hual division here.

Worked for Bennett from 2014 till officially 2021, blew my back out had to have surgery and it ended my career of little over 30 years. By far one of the best companies I ever worked for and got along great with most of their agents. Wish I was still there. Loved working for Benita.
