I've done business with Ben Cargos international for over 5 years and i must say they are the best at what they do. Reliable,Good customer service ,affordable rate and swift delivery. I always ship luxury packages and have never ever regretted doing business with them, sometimes there might be a little delay due to logistics which is never the company's fault. I highly recommend 👍

I have used Ben Cargo services on numerous occasions and my goods were delivered on time or sometimes a day or two more than the specified date. Recently, I met a young arrogant and condescending nincompoop there, who sent me across the street to get some change because he didn't have cash in his office. He promised that my goods would be in Nigeria within ten days and it is almost three weeks today and my goods are not yet delivered. I spoke to the arrogant "weed head" about the goods and he lied to me. I requested to speak to Ben himself and he pretended to be Ben but could not speak pidgin English. When I told him that he wasn't Ben, he hung up on me. I've never felt so disrespected in my four decades of doing business with any entity in this country. Ben Cargo used to be a place I was proud of and I do not think I'll recommend it to any one or personally use their services again. Ten years of doing business with them just came to an abrupt end. My money can now go to a place I'll be respected and told the truth about when my goods will be delivered.
