Today was the first time in Dr Gonzalez office. First off let me talk about how attentive he was just in messaging and hearing my concerns about my emergency going on with my teeth. He was straight to the point. Not only was he able to get me in for the emergency, he is so good at what he does, he immediately went to work after he saw my x-rays. First it wasn't as bad as I thought my emergency was, patched up my teeth , so that way it could hold me down until my appointment with him to do the major work. He was professional he was caring he asked the questions that he needed to know in order to help me. I have been trying to find someone to do what he did and is going to do for the past 3 weeks. Everywhere I went no one wanted to help me with a problem that turned out not to be so bad. I didn't feel discriminated against, I felt welcomed in his office by his two front desk sweethearts, I mean his office really took care of me and I appreciate that. I have been looking for a new dental home. And he welcomed me and this is where I'm coming too from now on. If you are looking for a dentist that is great at his job, quick, careful, come to Dr Gonzalez office And my insurance company better pay this man what he's asking because this is where I will be coming from now on! You hear me Liberty dental pay The Man!!!!!

I’m 28 years old and when I sit in that chair I feel 10 again lol Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Perez are both great doctors. I’ve had work done from both of them and they always make me feel comfortable during my procedures. The staff is also always very nice and helpful! :)

1st time patient, had issue with old filling that had fallen out, Dr. Gonzalez and his team quickly put a temp in and helped facilitate a plan of action. Friendly and efficient office staff, serving the mission community at reasonable rates. Got same week appointment and minimal wait time at office.

I saw this dentist office 2x now, the first time in January 2024 and my follow up teeth cleaning today, August 2nd, 2024. Dr. Aric Perez cleaned my teeth both settings. He was very kind and professional, during my first and second visit. He even remembered our last conversation from in January, and I feel that separates customer service/ dentists who actually take the time to remember their clients. The first visit he went over my X-rays and answered any new patient questions I had and any from my X-rays. He was patient and thorough. He was great with the teeth cleaning and it didn’t seem rushed both times. I left the office feeling clean having a thorough teeth cleaning check up. Isela was the first dentist assistant during my first visit, she was kind and friendly as well. And gave me a nice teeth polish at the very end. Anna was the dentist assistant in my second visit in August 2024, she was kind as well. In Januarys visit the receptionist Rosie was very informative and on it with me scheduling my follow up and she was very positive and helpful. The office assistant: Itzel was there both visits and was also kind, she helped me with paperwork. I even called the day before asking someone to call me back to verify that my dental insurance was still “In-Network” and she thankfully called me back and confirmed. I’m so used to other dentist’s office being lazy and saying “call your insurance and ask them” and when that happens I no longer go to those dentist office because I feel they should know in their system if my Insurance is “In-Network” or “Out-of-network” and more expensive/out of pocket. So I appreciate that she called me back otherwise I wouldn’t risk it and have cancelled. Overall, this dentist office is thorough in customer service, and being there for their clients. The office was clean and organized, they all wore gloves and face masks correctly when being near clients faces and they all come off professional. I haven’t gotten work done past a teeth cleaning and X-Rays, but so far, I’m happy and impressed. When I move to a new city I’m always worried about finding genuine offices, and dentists. I feel like I might’ve just found my go to dentist office to trust in SF. I’d recommend this dentist office. I’ll continue to update my reviews as I come and get more work done,(x-rays, teeth cleanings, cavity fillings/any dental work) Thank you Dr.Perez.
