Berry Van Lines Moving in Dover, DE, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare and if I could rate them 0 I would. From the start, they failed to properly package any of my belongings, leading to severe damages during the move. Fragile items were not wrapped, and many were broken or scratched beyond repair. The movers themselves were unprofessional and seemed untrained for the task at hand. They mismarked the condition of all my items, which felt like a blatant attempt to eliminate any liability for the damage they caused. It was clear that they did not care about my belongings or the quality of their service. To make matters worse, I’ve been dealing with long-term damages to several items that hold sentimental value. This situation has been incredibly stressful and frustrating, and it’s not just about the financial loss—it's the principle of the matter. Throughout this entire ordeal, I was shocked to find that NO ONE from Berry Van Lines reached out to me. I had to take the initiative to send them an email detailing my terrible experience, and even then, their response was underwhelming. If you value your belongings and want a stress-free moving experience, I urge you to look elsewhere. My experience with Berry Van Lines has been an absolute disaster, and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reputable moving company.

Very poor experience with Berry Van Lines. They damaged up to $7000 worth of goods or straight up lost some. Not responsive to emails and only wanted to speak after I had escalated my claim with the Navy. Heavily damaged my custom wood kennel, two $1500 chairs, and my dryer. Had to try and repair them myself with my father so we could have things functional again.

Great service and the team was nice and professional. Be aware if you have a motorcycle to move to check the crate tie down points as I found the hooks to be not sufficient and pulled through the floor of the plywood. They fixed the issue but I beleive there crate builder to be lacking to skills to identify the issue before sending it out for pickup. Ill be hoping my bike arrives in one peice. Other than that they did a great job!!

We used Berry for our 3rd move into a different State......by far this was our best moving company. The Driver was on time, polite, kept us informed along the way. The weekend of the move there was bad weather...and the driver did a great job of working around the weather/traffic.... Our initial quote from Berry was slightly higher (but in the same ballpark) as other movers.....but our final bill was slightly less than quoted...compared to our other moves, we were very satisfied with the price. The guys handling our goods were also professional and efficient at both ends. All of our goods were delivered with no issues. Overall, we were very satisfied with this company, would use them again, & would recommend them to others.

We are a military family and Berry Van Lines came to pack up our entire house. They pack up everything you want. They are efficient and courteous. Dave was super friendly! They make sure everything is wrapped and/or boxed well. I recommend their services to everyone!
