She took the time to personally drive us around the facility, showing us all the options and ensuring we found the perfect spot. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she also made sure we were comfortable by offering us water on a hot day. We signed up for a lease online after calling the customer service line confirming the unit was climate controlled. We got to the storage facility and were greeted by Tony, who was helping us with our locks and getting into our unit. As we were talking, we realized that none of the units at the facility were climate control. Tony went through options of other facilities that might have climate controlled unit that fit our needs but they ended up being out of our budget. He also offered to let us look at another unit that was on a lower floor at the facility that at least might stay a bit cooler. We ended up going with that unit. Want to thank Tony and Chris for going above and beyond for us. We had a lot of questions and they helped us through all of them. For customer service, please make sure you’re giving customers accurate information about the location, we were fortunate the onsite staff was so helpful.

The service was friendly, the place is clean, parking is a bit difficult, especially on the weekends when it is busier. I'm leaving a 1 star because we got this storage unit online because of the pricing. 3 months in, and our rate doubled. That seems a bit shady to me. I feel like they lure you in with the online prices and then double your monthly rate. So, if you're going here based on online pricing, you might want to reconsider. It is on a month to month basis, and of course, price is expected to change. I just didn't expect it to be a 100% increase in less than 3 months in.
