This company canceled TWO HOURS before my move was to take place and did not give me a replacement service. I booked 2 months in advance. They canceled over an injury and yet did not have anyone to cover them or contact me when they found out. This was early in the morning. I waited for them to find someone by the scheduled time but had to move everything myself when they found no one. I had no choice because I was on a time limit and they knew this. Rarely do I ever leave bad reviews, but this was atrocious and gave me one of the most stressed filled days in my life.

They scratched the floor in our new place. They also tear off a part of our reclining loveseat and some paint came off our tv table. I sent pics as formal complaint but they totally ignored me.
