I’ve never written an online review, i just don’t want others to go through what we have been through. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. We had a 3 bedroom move, they arrived at 8:30am and didn’t finish until 1:30AM. That’s right 17 HOURS. They broke several items, piano, TV, lamps..etc…and scratched floors and walls. Spending absurd amount of time wrapping They refused to provide me with a contract or invoice at time, saying that I had to pay first and then I could receive. When I tried to file a claim for damages, they stated because I never signed a contract I couldn’t file a claim….yet they charged me $5,000! I’m currently working with my bank to resolve, because the moving company offers ZERO recourse. STAY AWAY. I will also say, I suspect the flurry of positive reviews posted immediately following this review are fake. They all use the same language and don’t include any detail or pictures. The negative reviews (which there are plenty) describe our experience and in some cases worse. JUST PICK ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY. LITERALLY ANY ONE. EDIT: I see they have responded and asked me to reach out. Of course I reached out to them and they told me since I never signed the contract (that I never received) they couldn’t help me.

Big scam. Broke my couch. Destroyed our landlords hallway and refused to provide an invoice. Broke our bed too. One worker actually sat in the truck most of the day. I’ve moved a dozen times and these guys are a scam. They hire ex cons and pay the $20/hr, charge the clients $145/hr then run up the bill.

really you charge my credit card after I refused your service after stealing and damaging my items. funny I had the whole conversation recorded....You will pay in court and for fraud transaction. you said the move was $2400 but you charge $3168.14 never signed nor agreed. I can wait to nail this fraud of a company.

The ARPA Institute, a non-profit, charitable Organization has requested BEST FIT MOVERS packaging and delivery of a scientific instrument and had specifically requested FULL Packaging. But BEST FIT MOVERS only did the delivery and not the packaging. Nevertheless, they charged us full price for 3 full hours, a delivery that took less than an hour. No matter how we tried to talk with them, they always transferred it to another person and it was never resolved. They charged our credit card without our authorization! TERRIBLE company.
