I was quoted $1750 for delivery from Ohio to Ky. Total cubic ft 470. Advertisement says wrapping furniture included. An employee Shannon told me price would not change on delivery after I specifically asked her. I emailed company about adding 1 -3 pc sectional and a coffee table. Never received an email or call. Pick up was 9/17. Today 9/20 I get a call to deliver my furniture. They want $2000 more now. $1300 for extra couch and coffee table at a total of 325 cu ft more. There is no way that couch and coffee table is almost the size of my entire household that they measured on original contract. They want $500 for packing my furniture and wrapping it with cardboard and plastic wrap. I did not know they were charging me for that. Ad says wrapping furniture is included. They don’t tell you what wrapping is included. Had manager call and she said when I added couch and coffee table it voided original quote. I have over 5 different papers I was given after they loaded everything. It’s barely readable. She told me I should have read all papers before I signed. I asked her if driver would have stayed 4 extra hours for me to read everything. She said yes. I don’t think so. They were scheduled for only 4 hrs. That would have made it 8 hrs total. Manager was not helpful. Rude. They will stick you with all they can. These moving companies are a rip off. They don’t tell you the truth up front. Waiting to see how I’m going to get my furniture that belongs to me not them. I will be sharing this in a lot of places. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have moved household goods and had a very good experience with this company. Their customer service is excellent. Communication was great. I feel the price is reasonable. Handling of goods/boxes is also excellent. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I had long distance move and the pick up was late and took two days and then the delivery has been a nightmare. Missing boxes, other people’s boxes and items, and broken and damaged items. The company is not responsive and the broker was only interested in selling the move and getting the deposit. I’m requesting Best Price to contact me and make it right and get me my missing boxes ASAP! Broken glass when movers packed very important special pictures in picture boxes with paper, hardware handle knobs stripped off dresser and missing, dresser corner completed rubbed down to wood core when packed by movers and wrapped with moving blankets. On delivery the moving blankets smelled awful and moldy and cause emergency health issues. Nice older Kirby vacuum damaged - wheel missing and parts broken and no support from the broker or the moving carrier Best Price. Name of company should be Best Broken Moving.

SCAM!!!! Beware this company rips you off! Original Estimate was for 1335 Cu. Ft. All along in our communications with the MOVER (Best Price Moving & Storage) we were assured we were only going to be charged for ACTUAL Cubic Feet utilized and not ESTIMATED. At the time of pick up in Chicago it was REPRESENTED we were using 2,000 Cu Ft of space. And were told we needed to pay the difference*approximately 665 Cubic ft extra. When the truck arrived for delivery, it was packed to under 1,150 Cu Ft of space. A SIGNIFICANT difference of approximately 850 Cu Ft. You can view pictures I took upon arrival of our delivery truck. When I went on the truck to take the pictures the movers asked why I was taking pictures and he answered his own question with "are you not agreeing with the Cubic Footage charged. This tells me this is a common practice in the moving industry and does not comply with any standard of good business practices. This is the difference of being charged for 2000 cubic feet on only using 1150 square. This difference is the 850 Cu Ft X $3.30 $2,805 plus 12% Fuel Surcharge on our Cu Ft by $336 = $3186. WE were over charged $3186. We reported to the company, and the said they would get back to us. Nobody contacted us and every time we called the disconnected us or put us into someone's voices mail. If I could give negative star, I would. This is the absolute worst moving company that I have used. I have reported them to the BBB.

Hands down five-star movers. These guys showed up early, packaged all of our furniture with care, and swiftly carried us on our way. I couldn't us on our way. I couldn't have asked for a smoother move.
