We have moved about 14 times, each time with movers. This move was the best by far. Mark came out ahead of the move and estimated our stuff. He was very kind and easy to work with. Sabra is also very kind and calm and got everything scheduled for us. But the biggest difference was Nick and his team--this was the first move we have had where the moving company brought more than enough team members to make things run smoothly. The packing process was great--they did a great job making sure everything was packed really well. Delivery was on time and again, ran super well and super efficiently. Moving is never an easy thing but Best Way made the process go so smoothly and easily I didn't have to think about it! I wish I could give them 1000 stars for a job well done. Thank you Nick and team for taking great care of us.

Stay clear of this company! Home Depot hired them to deliver our new appliances. You would think it is common sense to move OLD appliances OUT and not just leave them in the middle of my kitchen. We asked if they were going to move them into our garage for us and their response was "they still have a busy day and their boss told them they couldn't" and then proceeded to laugh and get smart with my husband. Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere for a moving company. There is a reason they only have 3 stars for their reviews.

We had a refrigerator & dishwasher delivered from Home Depot. They didn't give us the water line so my husband and I called the number multiple times & I texted the cell asking for our water line ASAP. It was after 5 so no one answered either phone. We then had to call Home Depot and 2hrs later they gave us a water line - not the one we paid for. Later that night (AFTER calls & text) got an email receipt stating we had everything. The next day, my husband took a look at the dishwasher to find out what he needed to get it installed and he saw where one of the wires was cut in two. We immediately called Home Depot because it was the weekend & the moving company was closed. We thought we had it taken care of on Sat. On Tue we had to call best way & we were basically told that because we didn't contact them in 48hrs they wouldn't do anything, it wasn't their problem and it was on Home Depot hands. How can you contact someone who doesn't answer the phone? They also stated we had to call the number on the yellow card - which we didn't get. We definitely will not be having anything delivered from Home Depot again if they don't change the delivery company. You would think they would want someone to have a good reputation delivering their products

Home Depot SHAME ON YOU! Professional installation was a LIE!!! You hired this hack company to deliver my appliances today, which the two sketchy boys REFUSED to even deliver! No phone call prior to showing up and when I asked why they didn’t call, the passenger said “I’m not doing this” and walked back to the truck. They had NO intention of delivering, installing or taking away our old appliances. I saved the video from the security cameras of the two guys that were sent and to show their failure to deliver. Called Home Depot to get a refund, since that’s who I paid directly for the over $1,300.00 in appliances that didn’t deliver. I was told I had to wait until Monday for them to try to get my refund from Bestway.

Bestway delivered our refrigerator this morning that we ordered through Appliances Connection. They were super friendly guys and even offered to bring it inside further than planned! Great communication throughout and the appliance was delivered in perfect condition. Thanks guys!!
