Took them two weeks to take my package out for delivery (a package that was supposed to take 5 days to get to me). When you try to contact them through their chat portal, they’ll never get back to you. When you try to call them to talk to a live agent, they’ll send you back to the chat portal. I wasn’t even trying to use their service, another businesses I was ordering from used them to deliver customer packages. When my package was finally out for delivery, the delivery person said it was “an attempt at delivery” even though I was home the entire time and no one ever came to the door. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Never got package. This is the dirtiest company ever.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I ordered a package from Zara and for some reason it came through this shipping vendor. They said they attempted delivery on Monday August 19th but there was no one on my ring camera. They emailed and said they couldn’t find my name on the package locker outside so I told them the code to my building and left my number to contact me. Days go by no email response or new ETA on delivery. I call and leave 2 different voicemails, no reply. Based on these reviews and Reddit, I have a good feeling I wouldn’t be getting this package. Better Trucks sucks and they are clearly scamming everyone.

I’m not sure what type of company this is, but I’ve never heard of it. And I normally order from a place called fragrance net and the two or three times I ordered from them. I got my package no problem USPS I’m not sure if they switched companies Recently But when I track my packages, it’s saying better trucks is the carrier Now and ever since they’ve been using better trucks, I have not received any of my packages. The first package I ordered I paid for a one to two day guaranteed Shipping which never arrived and it had been almost a week. It said the delivery was on its way for like three days And that’s after waiting a week then it said delivery attempted. We checked our home cameras, and there was no delivery attempted. So I tried to contact them and they told me that it should be delivered that same day And nothing ever came it’s been 30 days and I have Been trying to contact them with no luck all I get is a robot in a chat and I’m told they will get back to me and no one ever reached back out to me So I called fragrance net and they told me they would re-issue but I would not receive all of my items because most of them are Out of stock So they try to send the package again and I check to track my package And of course trucks is delivering it again it’s been another 10 days on an item that was supposed to be here 1-2 days again I try to use the chat to contact them because now my package is saying delivery attempted once again, but I have no package and there’s no sign of a Delivery person so I finally get in contact with someone after getting the runaround for 30 days prior to That and they finally tell me that there is an issue in Texas, where the packages are not getting to where they need to go Because they are still new in Texas, I’m told your first package may have been lost And it has been past 10 days for us to do anything about it and all they kept telling me was we will get back to you until finally I had to Demand to talk with someone or I would report this company It has been a nightmare and a headache Knowing I have $200 in merchandise floating around somewhere And nobody can tell me what’s going on then if we find your package, we will have them re-deliver it, which is not really a solution because who’s to say the same thing won’t happen again After two different attempts already. It has caused me a lot of anxiety, and I honestly thought this was A scam at first, but really it’s just bad business practices. And the customer has to Be left in the dark because of it.

This place is a scam. I worked here for a couple of months and they will not pay me. It’s been three weeks and they let everyone from the job go.. they’re weird and sneaky and I guess I’ll have to take further action on my own. Don’t use this company for anything AT ALL. They don’t care how we handle the packages and they will send off plenty of damaged goods, knowingly.

Hello, I never want to do this. But I just spoke with Hello Mood. Your drivers are not even returning the packages after not delivering my order. You do know who Hello Mood is right! I am starting to think your drivers are stealing and I will report this to the better business bureau. Your drivers do not call and do not look to drop people's orders. Your drivers are making your company look very unprofessional. I think they are stealing and I will be reporting you all. This is ridiculous. After three orders, you all cant get the item to my apartment. You all are thieves. Terrible service!
