Completely understand why this company has nothing but 1 stars as a towing company. Seen towing companies with better reviews than them with 4-5 star ratings that are actually good people who give warnings on cars or have proper signage up, and it makes sense why these guys are a "LLC". Easy to jump ship for llcs or abandoned if anything happens and to rebrand to a new name. Signs should be implemented with arrows saying no parking/residents only parking every few spaces to indicate you can't park in an area while it says owners towed at their own expense. Seems a bit suspicious that there are none or it's not indicated as a company who says they put their own signs up. It looks like signs used to be on post in area for no parking/resident only parking but taken down or removed. Not a good company, most likely the offices of areas run a scheme together with the company and get a % cut of every vehicle towed off the property. Targeting more lower income areas, nicer areas and better tow truck companies always have proper signs up on places and have no parking signs up if can't park in certain spots or lots that make it super obvious for people. Even offices should communicate that better for visitors of the area unless they run a scheme together to get their % cut. Not hard to do, be better and do better. Walking lawsuit waiting to happen

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! To start, their staff was more than five minutes late. No one answered the phone over the weekend to give us any clue as to whether the vehicle we had was there or not. Two of the employees brought their dogs and the dark haired lady with the pit bull was late and rude! The towing yard where they store their cars is so unorganized you have to do a ten point turn to get out of the parking space!! I am extremely upset that this is how the company is ran. It is not professional at all. I will not recommend this company to anyone for anything and I honestly believe they don’t deserve the 1.7 stars they have.

Tbh it was my fault my car got picked up from these guys because of miscommunication between me and the company I lease my vehicle from and once I got everything settled today i called them up an hour before they closed and I showed up 30 minutes before they closed for the day and I was literally in and out in under 5 minutes so no complaints on my end my car was completely find and the way I left it

The cockroaches came at 4:30a and towed my car from my assigned parking spot I've parked in for 9 months, never had an issue before. There are parking spot lines painted YELLOW on the concrete, clearly marking two parking spots. My apartment number is clearly painted BLACK on the wall, MY assigned parking spot. There is a clear Fire Lane sign on the OPPOSITE side of the drive from where my car was Legally parked IN MY SPOT, on the wooden fence and the curb is painted red THAT IS THE FIRE LANE. There is an old fire Lane sign that is drilled into the concrete wall THAT NO ONE CAN GET THE BOLTS OUT TO TAKE THE OLD SIGN DOWN SO THEY PAINTED OVER IT WITH WHITE PAINT. THE SIGN IS INVALID BY THE PROPERTY OWNER AND IS NOT EASILY VISIBLE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT IT SAYS AND YOUR EXCUSE WAS THAT YOU COULD READ IT. THAT'S UTTER B.S., WHAT YOU SAW WAS EASY DIRTY DOLLAR SIGNS AND ALL OF THIS TOOK PLACE IN THE BACK/SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND NOT EVEN VISIBLE FROM THE STREET. YOU ARE DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS THAT GO OUT STEALING PEOPLE'S CARS TO TAKE THEIR MONEY. YOU RUN A DIRTY BUSINESS. I'm disabled, receiving SSDI and exist on a low fixed income and just had to replace my windshield from the rocks and debris flying around during super heavy winds this past December in this poorly kept lot. This is not over yet ...

These people are POS!! Towed my brand new vehicle because my old car was in the shop. They have major attitudes. Not helpful at all. Bought a totally different vehicle because they violated the one I wanted. Wouldn't let them tow me if I was broken down during a blizzard and they offered to help for free!!!! Would give them a quarter of a star if I could. Horrendous!!!
