These people towed my car Saying it was abandoned. My car Was not abandoned and wad there during parking hours. Then once I confronted them , they said it was my bumper. My bumper was ON they took it off THEMSELVES so they would not get caught. I work in a store where my car was parked in the parking lot. They can’t even give a actual reason why my car was towed. That was my car before and after they took it themselves.

Just bad customer service if you see them passing by your apartment complex don't give them the chance to take your car cause even after arriving at the same time to the tow yard they want to charge an arm and leg. They love to give you the run around. It buys them time to be able to charge an outrageous fee.

Horrible tow. Don’t use these guys. Not willing to work with you at all, and seem like scam artists. Was willing to get the “cash only” money of $110 for him to drop the car if he could just wait for me to run to the ATM, he refused to work with me and is forcing me to pay over $400 to get it from the lot now. Scam artist of the year right here.

These people took my boyfriends car, towed it with no reasoning. He was working right in front where his car is parked in the parking lot. They said his car was abandoned, when it was NOT. It was there during parking hours and not there overnight. He complained they said no reason basically then they now said it was the bumper when they got confronted. THEY TOOK OFF THE BUMPER themselves. NO MARKINGS, NO ILLEGAL PARKING, he came out of work and his car was GONE. NO WARNING. NO TICKET Heres the car before and after.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This business is extremely unprofessional and has horrible communication amongst staff. I live in a gated apartment complex and came home to my spot being stolen by another car. I called this company to tow the car per my apartment's instructions. They came out, took my information, and then left before they could tow the car out of my spot because a police call came in. The driver specifically told me to park in the fire lane spot until he could come back, because he would know it was my car and not to tow. This was at 10:30 pm. I waited until 11:30 pm and tried to call back, no answer. I went upstairs and slept for a few hours due to having work in the morning. I should have never listened to him because he never communicated it to anyone else at the company. My car was towed and the car that was illegally parked in my spot never got towed. They were able to leave before they towed them. The car was parked in my spot illegally for over 12 hours, and with three calls to this company, they never came out to remove it. When I called back the next morning, the staff person that answered the phone was extremely rude and told me they couldn't do anything until 9 am when their manager arrived. His words exactly were "I don't have to help you". They definitely did not have any issues towing my car and attempting to charge me 300 for it. I had to get my apartment management involved so they could get them to waive the fees for me to get my car back. I had to call in sick to work and had to wait until almost 10 am to retrieve my car. I hope this business gets reported to the better business bureau because they have so many horrible complaints against them.
