I can’t say enough great things about Big Ben’s Moving and storage. From setting up the appointment on the phone with Hunter to schedule movers to come out, to the two movers they sent, Chase and Christian. They were all so professional, fast, and courteous. They were careful with all our belongings and did an excellent job packing our pod. I will be using them again for sure.

Big Ben's Moving and Storage Company was great! They were recommended to me by a neighbor here in California who used them for her move across state lines. They are truly professionals who stuck to the contract terms! They moved my furniture and things from California to the East Coast in the amount of days they estimated, without any issues! And the actual movers... Andrew, Brady, and Brian were awesome! They worked QUICKLY and Carefully to load and unload my belongings in a timely and efficient manner; all three are an asset to Big Ben's Moving and Storage Company. A Big Thank you to this team for making a huge life-changing situation less stressful.

These guys are freaking amazing! I am so grateful we had them! They did a complete home move for my dad. Tanner called in some back up to speed up the process. Definitely helped alleviate a large portion of stress for us and allowed me to breathe not worrying about my dad having to struggle to move stuff around. Tanner and his crew were seriously the best. So careful with my dad's fragile grandfather clocks, precious collectables, and glass cabinets. They put together his whole bed for him! So when the move was done we just put sheets on and he went right to bed. I can't thank you guys enough for the hard work you guys put in yesterday. I hope you guys get some serious recognition for that one. 🤘🏼 I Will be using them again in June for my own move for sure! 10/10 will always recommend you guys! As long as you keep Tanner as your team lead. You guys better make a clone of that one.

Thank you to the crew from Big Ben's that helped us move yesterday! Tanner Neb Ryker Luke Conner Jake Taylor and Calvin were awesome! Very professional. Easy to work with. They were kind and personable. I would recommend them to anyone moving. It made it a piece of cake!

Although I have past experiences of much better outcomes, my 2024 experience involved delays and damages for which I was only offered modest compensation. The over the phone estimate for my 1mile move in the same neighborhood was was exceeded by nearly three times. The bill was not itemized. The Big Ben’s truck broke down in my driveway, then as they ran behind schedule team members were constantly changing, they had no power tools for jobs like disassembling beds, an antique clock was pulled apart and a 7 piece sectional is requiring rewire to restore power mechanisms. A lamp was dropped and shattered. If you use the company get commitments in writing.
