The crews from Big Boy movers were great. I say "crews" because we initially booked 2 movers for 2 hours, and went over in time. One of the guys had an appointment, and could not stay beyond 2 hours. Peter in the main office was proactive and arranged for a second crew to come out to relieve the first one so our job could be finished that day. We were on a tight timeline, as the POD that we rented was being picked up the following day. We were VERY appreciative of them going the extra mile to finish unloading our household goods that same day. Unfortunately you can not foresee how much traffic the elevators will have during your move, nor how "slow" they actually may be. The crew was on time, had all the necessary tools/equipment, worked quickly, and were careful with our property. They did have a minor mishap which caused some damage to a bedroom door. I brought this to their attention, and they promptly resolved the problem. I would recommend Big Boy Movers, and I would use them again if the need arises.

They must have bought reviews. Check Yelp for more accurate ones. The absolute worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I was quoted 4-5 hours and it took 10, the crew was super young and inexperienced. My husband and I had to help and TEACH them how to pack the truck, move furniture through odd angles etc. We were exhausted and sore by the end of the day. AVOID.

We hired this company to help move our daughter out of the college housing. She lived on the sixth floor of her complex and was moving to a different building on the third floor. the young man from Big Boy Movers were incredible! They were prompt, they were quick, and super friendly! This was the best decision we ever made regarding moving! We will definitely be using these guys on our next move. We highly recommend Big Boy Movers. To move your precious possessions, and your family to your next location!

Booked Big Boy to load a POD for my daughter’s return move across the country. Three years ago it took 3 of us 8 hours. Today two pros did it in 2 hours and I’m confident that this time we won’t have any trouble getting the door open. Great job!
