Used Big Brothers Moving Company again for a Medium size move. Three men and a large truck showed up on time. They worked steady and hard until all items were loaded. They were very friendly and courteous. They then drove to the new home and unloaded the truck very quickly and carefully, to include reassembling furniture and bed frames. We’re extremely pleased with them and highly recommend their service.

I'm late on writing a review, but Big Bros Moving Company saved the day for my daughter's move. Not only were they available at the last minute after the previous movers canceled minutes before their arrival... they came the day after that horrible tornado and had everything moved within like 2 hours. They were kind and professional. Abosolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Jaquan and his team made our move an absolute dream-prompt, polite, and beyond considerate to our needs! They safely wrapped and secured every item for the move, and even put our dining room table together after we landed in our new home. One of the best things was when we arrived he walked us through each room to see what we wanted where. After things were unloaded, they assisted in putting together our dining room table, did a final walk through and adjusted an item or two to make sure we didn’t need to do any extra heavy lifting after the business of the day. If you are prepping for a move, I can promise you will be 100% satisfied with their quality of pride in their work.

I cannot say enough good things about this moving company. We had an emergency situation and needed same day help on a Sunday. We called four other companies, before we reached out to Big Bros. Jaquan was so understanding, and said he would reach out to his workers and call me right back. He was back to me in minutes with the help we needed. I suspect he called people in just to help with our emergency, but I could be wrong. He gave me a quick quote, explained the charges thoroughly, and gave me clear expectations on times and the expected communication from his team on arrival. Jaquan followed up with me TWICE with updates on his teams schedule, keeping me very informed. His team leader Mike also called me directly with timing updates. When the guys got there (right on time!) they evaluated the storage units for the unloading, and completely re-organized one unit that already had items in it to be more efficient. Within two hours, our entire 26 foot truck was unpacked and stored nicely. The guys communicated the whole time, making sure items were where we wanted them and where they would be easiest to access. The team was friendly, efficient, professional and SO helpful. We will definitely call Big Bros FIRST next time we have any moving needs!

Had to move recently and would highly recommend this company. Jaquan is very helpful and is very thorough in explaining the various fees that go into an estimate. The movers he sent out worked very quickly and took the utmost care with our things as they were loaded/moved.
