ZERO STARS! READ ON September 2024 more pics to come! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! 12/11/23. Had friends come over this weekend to help organize the garage. Found out most of the metal garage shelving, I bought at Costco, was missing. So adding theft to this review. 3/2/24. Still no response. Fridge and bed are just as they left it STILL!!!! I’m a single mom. USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR EXPENSIVE FURNITURE/BELONGINGS RUINED BEYOND REPAIR/STOLEN AND NOT GET A SINGLE DIME TO REPLACE IT! 4/16/23 still not made right THEIR RESPONSE IS A COMPLETE LIE! NONE of the claimed furniture/items were touched by any water! Water does not break wood off a king bed! WATER DOES NOT LOSE PIECES TO A STORAGE BED! Why would I bother writing this review? ALSO MY STORAGE UNIT WAS NOT BROKEN INTO! Call the Bedford police department and see if I ever reported a theft at public storage. There was a leak! Again water damage did not gouge out the wood, break glass, multiple glass lamps, lose parts of a storage bed! THE LEAK IN STORAGE DID NOT BREAK MY BED, GLASS OR THE OTHER BED. Water does not break chunks of wood off, etc. LIARS! BIG DADDY’S DAMAGED MY PROPERTY AND REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT! I will not stop spreading the truth. DOES WATER BREAK MULTIPLE GLASS ITEMS? They have blocked me on Facebook In the Texas freeze of 2021 they were available to pack up most of what needed to be out of the way for remediation and new construction to take place. I had things moved out in several stages as construction took place over 2 plus years. I trusted this company based on them REMOVING things in a timely manner. Fast forward to moving back into my house. My solid wood, four poster bed had a huge chunk of the detailed molding gouged out. It was the footboard. It was not something you could fix or hide. The missing chunk was no where to be found. I purchased this at Bassett furniture and had other matching pieces in my bedroom. My bed was destroyed. My son’s bed from pottery barn arrived back at my house missing the sides and all of the hardware. It had storage, it was in perfect condition prior to letting it in the hands of big Daddy’s. I was told “we took things to the dump for you, it is on you”. I was told it was because they took trash to the dump. So that is two rooms completely ruined furniture wise. Then we have multiple dents, small missing gouges in furniture, etc. I am missing a massive box of very expensive German glass Christmas ornaments. I am missing many things. Many glass items were broken. A very special winter coat went missing. I had to tell them repeatedly to stay out of my closet. I made what I thought was an insurance claim. I spent time trying to find similar items to make it easier for them to reimburse me. TURNS OUT THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE! I WAS NOT REIMBURSED FOR ANYTHING AT ALL. My refrigerator was put back with the handles on upside down and one door 1/2” higher than the other. They came back out, turned the handles the right way and said that it’s just the way the fridge is regarding the height difference. SEE PHOTOS. The one bed they did assemble, the slats were LAID across the top and not screwed in! So I went to put the new mattress on and found it was just for show and not fully assembled. See photos This company is shady. They act professional up until you get moved back in and witness the destruction and loss first hand. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! They made an attempt to rectify things by sending an employee out to fix things like hardware on He was sent to reattach my trifold mirror on my dresser. That never happened. I had to pay $80 an hour to get things fixed. The bed in the guest bedroom, the slats were just placed on top to look safe!!! Here it is Christmas, it really hits home when the majority of your treasured ornaments HAVE JUST VANISHED! More like not packed properly, dropped, shattered, blamed on a dump run. I am not done with this company. I gave them ample opportunity to make things right.

These guys are great! Reliable, quality service, reasonable prices, and have integrity- I'm all in! Smooth as glass move, on time, efficient, kind team, and not a scratch on our furniture! Cowboy, Fredo and Johnny were great, and they even repaired damage for us that the previous moving company was responsible for before packing out that piece of furniture. No doubt who I'd call again, or refer to friends and family. Our daughter and son in law used Bid Daddy's twice, and recommended them to us.

Very pleased with Big Daddy's Moving Company. Three men showed up on time with their truck and made short work of loading my possessions, stored overnight and delivered the following morning to my new location. Courteous staff took care with my furniture and boxes. Fair price and I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Diego, Fredo and Cowboy were so GREAT and respectful. Big Daddy’s Moving will be recommended by us to anyone who needs movers. It was a pleasant surprise in a stressful move. You will not regret choosing this company!

These folks did an amazing job last fall when I had to move elderly friends 68 miles away to assisted living! They were fast and careful, wrapped everything! I am using them again for my own move; I recommend them! UPDATE: Big Daddy's did my move and were awesome, they were responsive, on time, careful and fast. I really appreciated them and their help!
