Sean was absolutely amazing! We had construction debris on a cabin that was somewhat difficult to get to. The road was not in the best condition in the mountains, but with his equipment, he was able to easily negotiate the terrain and reach the property! He and his team made quick work of loading the trash, and left the property in great looking condition! Additionally, he was able to work with our schedule easily! We had to adjust the schedule due to rain, and he was easily able to adjust his busy schedule to fit ours! Lastly, his prices were on point! His rates are probably one of the best around (if not THE best)! He is up front in explaining the process, and when he sees the load he will remove, his prices are exact...no surprise fees! He tells you the whole process and the costs behind it, (once he can see what he is moving). I will definitely be calling on Big Dawn Junk Removal if I need more of their services, and I am recommending them to any of my friends!

I was very pleased with the service from Big Dawg junk removal. I received updates and reminders for the date and time of arrival. And the truck pulled up exactly on time. They got to work and worked quickly. Sean, the owner, is a personable guy, easy to deal with and a good rep for his company. I recommend using them - I’ll be using Big Dawg again!

Big Dawg and Shawn did an awesome job, above and beyond! We had a very heavy marble fountain that needed to go and they worked hard to get it moved, then broken down safely to place into their heavy duty hauling truck. Prices are great, so no need to call any other junk removal company. Just use these guys. 👍👍

In February, 2024, my mom got sick. I wanted to clean up her house and yard before she got home from the hospital, but I really didn’t know anyone in the area. I just randomly chose a company, and it was Big Dawg. Finding Big Dawg was a huge stroke of luck. Sean showed up and took care of everything, He was very careful around the house, and he was incredibly quick and professional. As it turned out, I ended up calling him a couple of days later because the company that was supposed to deliver new furniture and remove mom’s old couch decided that they couldn’t do the haul away that day. Again, Sean was able to save me. I have never used another junk removal company so I really can’t comment much about pricing, but the prices I paid seemed fair both times.
