They came out with their 350 dually and said they weren't able to pull our 5th wheel. Despite letting them know the weight of our rig prior to them coming out. We pulled it with our 3500 so didnt see what the issue was. So he said he would be back with his 450 because he "takes care of his trucks and doesn't want to strain his 350." We asked multiple times are you sure youre going to come back? Which he replied he would but he also added "I dont care if you call someone else though. Business is business." And estimated he'd be back almost 6 hours later. Fast forward couple hours later we recieve a message saying he is not coming out because of a previous altercation with the park manager and they won't do business with the park because the park manager is racist. Not sure what that has to do with us since we are trying to leave the park. Or why wasn't it mentioned when he came out the first time. If you want lies, false promises, and to be left out to dry for your towing needs this business is for you.

So disappointed with this company. Poor communication and they don’t keep their word. We were really counting on them to come do our tow and they canceled on us even after confirming they would be here. Now we have limited time to look for someone else before closing time on New Year’s Eve. I do not recommend them.

Terrible communication. Says “business is business” but leaves women and children stranded on a holiday after promising multiple times to come back. Can’t even follow up himself to let know he’s not coming but has his wife Facebook message to let know.

Found Marc on Facebook I couldn’t be happier would use again without a hesitation. He gave me a great price and showed up on time if not earlier than I expected and surpassed my expectations he got me loaded up quickly and is a great driver as a great dude. I’m extremely glad I found him he’s a great dude extremely fair and good conversation as well. If there were more than 5 stars I would have put the maximum amount! Thanks again Marc!

We were looking for someone to haul our 42’ 5th wheel roughly three hours from the valley over the summit to Tahoe. Found Marco on FB Marketplace and could not have been happier. Extremely professional, excellent communication, on time, and even stayed long to ensure the trailer was secure and level. Highly recommended.
