I came here to pick up a load. I was directed to a clip board to fill out an entry then told where to bobtail to (off site) in order to wait for the trailer to be loaded. That was at 4:00 yesterday afternoon. It is 2:47 a. m. the following morning. No phone call. I attempted to call them. No answer despite assurances that the dock works all night. Here I sit. Thanks (NOT!)

Been here since 10AM waiting to get loaded, It’s now 5PM. And no sign that I’ll get loaded anytime soon, Terrible waste of time they don’t seem to care about drivers time.
