Ivan is great - he came out for two different issues on our oven and refrigerator. He was able to locate the problem quickly and explained the next steps very clearly. Everything is fixed now and we didn’t have to buy new appliances (what another company suggested). In the future, I will make sure our home warranty insurance is sending out the work request to Big Guys Appliances and they will send Ivan!
