I had a decently big move and Marcus and Ray were phenomenal. They showed up early, had supplies to protect our things, were very efficient, and respectful of us and our belongings (no damage at all). We had 3 flights of stairs in the apartment building, no elevators and they still got the job done in great time and I heard no complaints. They made this move easy for us. Big Lake Movers are the best I’ve had and I will return and request Marcus and Ray on my next move. 10/10 would recommend.

Thank you Big Lake Movers! I received top of the line service with an affordable price! Blue and Paul arrived on time, handled my furniture with care, kept in contact during the travel process, and even moved items to different locations of the room to see what looked best. Great job Blue and Paul!

Awful! Movers we’re careless with my furniture and items, careless with my time and unprofessional. They arrived unprepared with no carts or tools. They made comments about my concern, I’m “like most women, just worried about my stuff”. Furniture, mattresses and wall hangings were not even wrapped. Items were dropped, dented, scratched and completely broken. There was no inventory sheet or anything to sign, either. When delivering, they arrived at the new place BEFORE me, drove on every part my lawn next to the driveway, creating HUGE dips in the lawn. Owner, who seemed nice enough, promised to make things right. He said he’d have a landscaper come out to repair my lawn, and a furniture repair person come and assess damage to my furniture to repair. 2 weeks later after hounding him, the owner came, with a couple bags of dirt and grass seed. Lawn is still as it was, just with more grass. I still cannot even mow where the movers drove bc of how deep the tracks are. No one called or showed up to assess the heavy damage to my furniture, AND damage to the walls of my new place. I’ll spare you the photos of my damaged furniture. This company made the excitement of moving to a new place, into a horror story. Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend.

UPDATE: 4.1.24 I had a bunch of moving to do today - unload a 26 foot truck, go to a storage unit and fill the 26 footer back up and unload it again. All of this done in unbelievable time and with incredible care. The movers and owner all showed up on time and were professional and not only moved but set up as well. Tonight I will be sleeping in my bed, in my new home, and BIG Lake helped make that happen - thank you very much! 7.23 Big Lake has assisted me twice and on both occasions incredibly hard working and accommodating. Absolute pleasure to work with and value is incredible!!

Jeremiah and Steve did our moving to Portland Michigan. They were fantastic, professional and hard working. Adam was prompt to my calls and making sure everything was good. We were highly satisfied to their service. The price was right. Their punctuality was a topnotch. Got done on time.
