0 STARS. The moving process ended terribly. I bought my dinette from West Elm in June 2021, the movers scratched my new chairs on November 4th, 2021. When I called the office to report, the office manager attempted to deny fault and I am extremely offended. I would never use this business again and will get the word out to as many as possible. This 2 hr and 45 minute move costed $455, scratched furniture included.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They destroyed some of my furniture and when I made them aware of if, I didn't get as much as an apology. They just refused to address my concerns. I'm surprised they're still in business. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.

I work for a Supportive Living Facility for Seniors, a new tenant hired Big O Movers. When they arrived 2 of their drivers refused to go through our Covid protocol(temp check, hand sanitizers, and mask) which left only one driver to move all the belongings. While the other 2 workers waited in the back with the truck, they took the moving dolly that belonged to the building maintenance director. I reached out to Big O Movers Supervisor Angela, she said she would look into, she never called back, I reached out a few more times leaving messages with Phyllis and Sheila. I finally got a call back when she told me that it would be returned on Monday, when Monday came she never called and no one from Big O Movers showed up. I tried to reach I left a message with reception she said she would pass it on, but never got a call back. I would never use Big O Movers and they will never be allowed back in our facility.

THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THEE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! The driver was drunk and so was one of the mover. The other mover was high. My original time to move was 8/8:30am but the movers arrived at 11:38AM. They made me miss my move in window with my building. Once they arrived one of the movers talked the entire time and barely did any work and then I had to literally tell him he was wasting time so that he could get back to work. The mover got lost going to my new place which wasted my time that I had for them to move me in. Once the movers got to my new place, the driver blocked two of the service doors not allowing other trucks to enter. The driver proceeded to argue with my building manager after she asked him to move and refused to move the truck. He was very disrespectful and made homophobic comments towards her. The movers moved very slow once I began complaining. They then informed me that the move would cost me more because it was going over 2 hours and I would have to pay $400 instead of the promised $325. I called the owner Otis and he told me that there was nothing he could do to help me and then Otis hung up on me and refused to work with me. I spoke with his daughter and explained to her that they waisted sooooo much time and made me go over 2 hours. I even informed her that they didn't wear masks and one of the movers smoked while he was supposed to be moving me. One of the movers informed us that he had a 12 pack of beer before arriving. They made me pay $350 and the movers then begged us for a tip. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. You will regret it. It's cheap but it's not worth it! They hire randoms off the street and the company is overall unprofessional
