My family and I had a great experience with the team movers that we had. Oscar, Kevin, Anthony, and Anthony/Tyrone were absolutely wonderful. They kept us informed of what they were doing and how things worked with the move. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate everything they did for us!if I had anything bad to say, I would only ask that they would’ve had better communication with us when they were to drop off our stuff. But everything went great, our property arrived to us in the same condition that they took it in, and I would definitely use them again!

Oscar and Anthony did a wonderful job on getting my things moved out. They called before they came and gave a time and they were there at the time they said. Oscar is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as this was my first experience with a moving company. Oscar, Kevin, and Anthony were absolutely amazing doing our pick up. They were very Profesional and nice. They explained absolutely every step to us before they did it. These men made sure that all of our belongings are safe and secure. Highly recommend if you ever plan on moving, I know I will be a return customer!

Just finally able to start really unpacking after the most insane saga of all time, ending with relocating across the country and buying a house all by myself. I bought a lot of expensive, high quality plastic tubs for this move and a lot of them have been destroyed and on some it's obvious contents fell out and had to be put back in. I don't get the impression they read any of my notes about things that were fragile or heavy or needed to be handled with care. My landlord basically jeopardized everything I own not maintaining a safe and habitable building and the movers jeopardized what remains by not taking care with what I was able to salvage. Really deeply frustrating. I've only been able to make a small dent in everything they moved, but so far at least a few containers arrived badly broken or seriously cracked. It was clear the way it arrived on the truck, it was not packed according to weight

I used their service in October 2023. Initially I was called by United movers after the deal is confirm they hand it over these companies they are good until they pick your stuff or until you pay them the deposit after that while loading they brake things. while shipping clothes packed in suitcases were completely filled with water in it and damaged them. later they ask us to apply for a claim and that claim will be reject anyways. Even if they miss your items and count is less no response. They charge you extra after they take your stuff and even before they take your stuff they add some extra charges which they won’t inform you before pick up and no one comes to check the stuff before pick up suddenly they show up late after hours and charge extra for packing. While delivering they make up some reason to charge you extra Worst experience.
