We did a private lower loop tour of Yellowstone w Mitch. Best way to tour Yellowstone. He was so knowledgeable about the wildlife, sights , plants and stories in the area. He keep us entertained for 12 hours would definitely recommend BSS and Mitch if you travel to Yellowstone!

Had a fantastic experience with Big Sky Shuttle! Used them to get people from a hotel to a private event on a ranch (so about 1 1/2 hr. each way). Chris was so incredibly easy to communicate with and always got back to me right away. The shuttle was great and our driver (also Chris) was excellent. They definitely went out of their way for great service. Would highly recommend!

7 of us including 2 kids recently had the pleasure of joining a Yellowstone tour with our guide Mitch, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience! Despite the rainy weather, Mitch's enthusiasm and vast knowledge turned our day into an unforgettable adventure. He effortlessly answered every question we had, sharing fascinating facts and engaging stories for over 10 hours. Mitch showed us breathtaking spots and hidden gems that we would have never discovered on our own. Plus, the sandwiches provided were delicious, adding a nice touch to an already great day. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Mitch as your guide!

Professional and courteous drivers / guides don't park like this. There were plenty of other spaces in the parking lot, and I was in the middle of my space. The driver had options but choose to get incredibly close to our truck instead. Pictures taken in Yellowstone.

My sister and I arranged for Big Sky Shuttle to pick us up when we arrived on our recent trip to Montana. They had someone waiting at the airport with a sign. They had beautiful SUVs with all the bells and whistles, and their drivers were really friendly. We were tired from our early morning flight from California, but Driver Jenna knew just where to take us first for the perfect perk up – Starbucks. She told us all about the area, and then took us to a little church with a picturesque mountain backdrop so we could snap our first photos. Thanks Jenna, Tracie and everyone at Big Sky Shuttle for making our first few hours in Montana very pleasant. We highly recommend you, and hope to use you again ourselves someday.
