Fabulous customer service, prompt and responsive and exceptionally professional. Far exceed expectations. Lindsey and Alex and their team invested an up front evaluation of my father's 3600 square foot home that involved motorcycles, heavy furniture and large fossils. That site visit allowed them to efficiently pack and move my day ahead of schedule. They came with a large team, carefully packed up everything, brought healthy fruits and vegetables for smoothies for my 87 year old dad, and were personable and patient at every step. The move was one of downsizing during a health crisis for my father, and Lindsey and Alex's team came in like angels full of light and positive energy and made the transition as smooth as possible. They should specialize in downsizing for the elder home owners! They were exceptionally professional and handled what could have been difficult with ease and smiles. I am so grateful for all of their hard work and compassionate care. They completed many steps, with not ideal closing dates for the sale and purchase, they stored the truck loads over several days and completed the job on budget and in less hours. I highly recommend them!

I would give them 5 stars except that at the end they almost charged us 3 times what we owed, because they had ur weight wrong on our long haul. What I really liked, was that due to a serious unexpected injury we could not move ourself. Yet we still needed to move out on time. So, I called them and they were able to squeeze us in. I think due to being squeezed in, we did not get a normal truck. Our stuff was squeezed into a trailer. Nor were all the staff in professional matching clothing as the picture depicts. Carlos and Sherry were amazing and worked very well together. They were fast, organized and careful.

Excellent customer service! Bill and Winston did a fantastic job moving my antique table and chairs to my brother's house in Ventura. They called me in the morning before they arrived and communicated with Frank when they were on their way. I always knew what was going on at all times. Everything arrived safely! Thank you. I cannot possibly say enough about this moving company! Our experience with them was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were so accommodating, so efficient, so kind, so pleasant. Each of the movers and workers we dealt with was kinder than the next, and they made the moving process (which is usually such a daunting one) an absolute breeze. After an extensive search to find the right moving company's to hire, we finally landed on Big Win because they are licensed and bonded, which gave me peace of mind. The booking process was easy and the movers even called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. The move itself took about 4 hours to compete and I didn't have to lift a finger it was amazing! They got everything safely delivered to our new house with no dents, dings, and damage. 5 stars!
