This company is outstanding! I called on short notice (on my realtor's recommendation) just hoping they would be able to move our house before closing. No problem for them. They arrived right on time, packed up our house (plus a bunch of stuff we didn't think would fit) and headed off to our new house. The whole crew was 100% professional, very friendly, and went way, way, out of their way to make sure everything was just like we wanted it. I was very concerned about a 200 yr old family heirloom piece of furniture that was very fragile, and after freeway traffic and ferry rides, it arrived to our house in perfect shape. Every item they shipped ended up just where we wanted it, even if there was lot's of work involved. Their finished invoice was below what they quoted me. That's a first for me! I would recommend this company to all my friends in a heart-beat.

I just had a big move today and Anthony and Amber were here to save our butts. They came with a huge truck and all kinds of tools to help them move heavy things into it. They helped us remove all fixtures from the wall, reorient heavy stuff around different rooms, and took great care with fragile things. They were also easy going and fun to talk to. They made our move much easier than we had planned, would highly recommend.

They showed up on time and ready to work. They performed flawlessly and the team of three was very professional. They worked efficiently and effortlessly in both the loading and unloading process. They where very gentle with our items and didn't have any hidden cost's when it was all said and done. They started at 8:45am and finished at 8:15pm. There pricing is up front and very easy to understand. There weren't any "hidden" fees when the move was done and they proved to be very affordable. They were outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a local moving service.

I have moved many times in my life and Bigfoot made my most recent move the easiest. I can see why they were highly recommended by family and friends. Anthony responded to my inquiry about availability and pricing promptly on a weekend and booking/contracts were a breeze. I had a 2 man crew with truck and his time estimate was spot on. I was the second appointment of the day and I was texted with a 30 minute heads up before arrival. They took extra caution to double check with me that my animals were put away before propping the door open to load their truck. The few last minute items I didn’t have in boxes or totes were also able to be taken and wrapped safely with blankets to my new home which saved me so much time and stress about having to make a return trip on my own. When unloading my items, they took care to ask where I wanted boxes placed, furniture set up, rugs unrolled and made sure I liked the placement of my large furniture and offered to adjust or move them for me before they left. I have completely unpacked and not a single item of mine was damaged or broken (I have damaged my own items before when moving so I was completely impressed!) I would highly recommend Bigfoot to everyone and when I have to move again in the future, they’re my first call.
