Initially, there was a slight confusion regarding the arrival time of the leak detector, but Jay quickly resolved that issue. Eduardo located the slab leak in my kitchen swiftly and on the same day, Todd and Jay began the repair work. They made two trips to the local hardware store to resolve a minor hiccup and stayed late until the job was completed. They were careful to minimize damage to my tiles and even left a sample for us to match. Their work was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their rates were reasonable and they provided an upfront and honest service. I'm grateful for their help in fixing my hot water issue.

Upon arrival, Bryan was friendly and took the time to understand the plumbing issues we were experiencing. He quickly carried out an inspection and then took the time to explain our options, along with their respective advantages and disadvantages. Once we made our decision on how to proceed, he started working. It was evident that Bryan was prepared to dedicate as much time as necessary to ensure a successful outcome. Given that his services were charged at a flat rate rather than hourly, this was quite admirable. We'll certainly call on him again in Santa Clara, should any plumbing needs arise.

Eduardo and his crew installed a brand new plumbing system in our home and did an outstanding job. Eduardo is extremely proficient, assured, and professional, going the extra mile to ensure we were in the loop every step of the process. He takes great pride in his work and ensures it's done to the highest standard. Our experience was wonderful from the moment the vans pulled up to our Santa Clara home until they departed some 11 hours later! Eduardo and his team efficiently cleaned up all remnants and old equipment as well. The service we received surpassed our expectations and then some. Now under new management, the company's service quality has remarkably improved. Eduardo is a true asset to this company - a real ambassador. He certainly deserves a raise because he represents the company in an extraordinary manner. Thanks, Eduardo!

Fantastic service! I made a request for some plumbing work in the afternoon, and they managed to fit me in the very next day. The friendly receptionist even tried to arrange for an earlier appointment and successfully scheduled one for the following day. The plumber, Bryan, was not only respectful but also meticulous in his work. He was more than happy to share his knowledge and answer my queries, even offering extra helpful tips and advice. I couldn't be happier with their service. They have done inspections on two of my properties in Santa Clara, always paying great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them.

Billy & Sons Plumbing was quick to respond and arrange a task for a washing machine stand pipe. The plumber, Eduardo, who came out was very friendly, professional, and pleasant to interact with. He executed his job proficiently and made sure to leave the work area neat and tidy when he was done. I will undoubtedly return to them for any future plumbing installations or repairs we might need.
