I was debating between using Bin It or Gorilla Bins for plastic reusable bins to do a studio apartment move. Bin It was a little more cost effective. Their studio package was cheaper than that of Gorilla Bins: it came with 20 large bins (whereas Gorilla Bins comes with 10 large and 10 medium bins) and a dolly (which isn't included with Gorilla Bins). Drop off and pickup went seamlessly. The guys were quick and efficient. Super straightforward, and would use them again!

We used Bin It for two moves so far and it's been very easy and smooth. For our second move our building had an issue on bin pickup but the team was very accommodating and was able to reschedule a second pickup right away. Friendly customer service and great communication! We'll most likely keep using Bin It for all our moves in NY.

I researched all the NYC bin options and this was the one with the lowest pricing, free delivery, and great reviews. The bins came in great condition with zip ties and labels which was super convenient. Delivery was SO easy and prompt, and the people were so nice. I asked if I could have the bins picked up earlier with one day of notice thinking it was a long shot, and they immediately said no problem. It was such a relief to get the bins out of my place as fast as I requested. Tracking of the pickup and text messages let you know exactly where they are to plan better for the pickup. 100% worth the money and will definitely be using again!

I had a great experience. I even asked if they could pick up a day earlier and they did. My only issue was my bins were dirty. I spent time wiping each bin with Clorox wipes as I was packing which took up the time that was supposed to be fast and easy.
