We did a local move and I have to tell you this was the best move we’ve ever done. The guys were great polite, helpful funny professional fast nothing got damaged. It was beyond wonderful and I have moved eight times. This was the best moving company ever!! Stop looking and book these guys !!

I have a review below that still stands! We have used BinTris several more times all with 5 star results! Our most recent move with Montel, Jack and David ,who has been with us from the start, was excellent as usual. I wanted to update my review because BinTris has consistently maintained wonderful customer service for years…. Original review…I cannot express enough how pleased I am with our Bintris moving experience. We hired them to move my daughter to her first college apartment. One of the movers had a family emergency and we originally had only one mover. In a short time, his boss from the Benton Harbor office was at our door in New Buffalo to help him. When we arrived in East Lansing the owner of the company who was moving his own child arrived with more crew to help unload. David, our original mover was personable and very professional. I am sure most moves don’t require the flexibility the entire company showed here but in an unusual circumstance all involved proved customer service is their highest priority. So nice to see in these times! I highly recommend!

UPDATE: After posting my review, I received a call and an apology from BinTris. They are working with a furniture restorer to fix the damage to our coffee table. We had such high hopes for BinTris. Our initial communication with them was friendly and responsive; their storage units are clean and attractive; and the team that showed up to move us was efficient and hardworking. Unfortunately, one of the movers dropped our Crate & Barrel coffee table, leaving a dent in it. It happened in front of my eyes. He was immediately apologetic and promised to complete a damage report. Unfortunately, we've never heard back from BinTris. I called twice following the incident to follow up and no one has had the courtesy to call me back. We certainly understand that accidents happen, but the lack of responsiveness, follow up, and apology from BinTris is both unprofessional and disappointing.

We had three fabulous men help us with our furniture move today. They were fast, careful, and went through the entire job with a positive attitude. I will use BinTris again if I have any heavy lifting needs in thr future.
