The car I was in was filthy, with no air conditioning, and we had to stop for gas. The driver kept checking his phone for directions, but despite that, he still needed to stop for gas. We waited an hour and thirty minutes for our scheduled pickup, but no driver ever showed up. In the end, we took an Uber.

I called this company thinking it was a different company. When I was talking to the lady on the phone interrupted me and said, you have the wrong number, with a horrible attitude and hung up. Normally I wouldn't leave a review for something like this, but the way I was spoken to with such disrespect in such a short conversation was appalling.

They drive like complete maniacs on the road. Some lady in a gold Ford Focus was cutting in and out of lanes on the interstate, cut me off several times to where I had to slam on the brakes. Certainly wouldn’t want to be one of their passengers

I had a ride scheduled to pick me up from my appointment at 12pm and the company didn’t contact me until 5pm!! Good thing i had a way back home! Or I would’ve been waiting hours! I even contacted them several times! This company is the worst! I highly do not recommend!
