We still haven't gotten paid from this company and the owner stopped responding to emails. If you don’t want to wait 45 plus days or maybe even longer considering we haven't received ANYTHING for payment. BEWARE DO NOT USE BLACK DOG LOGISTICS.

Very unprofessional. This company will post a load on a load board then not answer their phone. When you DO get through to them, you'll either be hung up on or "greeted" by someone huffing at you and saying nothing further. I stated "I'm calling about the load going from..." and the woman yelled "COVERED" and hung up on me. **UPDATE** Although they have replied addressing the phone not being answered, they did not address how the phone would be picked up and hung up without anyone saying anything - the way the person answered the phone by huffing and saying nothing - or how the employee yelled "COVERED" and hung up. There's a way to conduct business, and this simply is not it. I would be embarrassed if my coworker or employee represented my business in this way.

this company has Non existent customer service. I work for a company that occasionally uses this company to ship our products. I work in Customer Service and frankly i dont know how our Shipping employees ever reach them. i've been trying since Friday, during thier posted operating hours to get info. about a very important shipment, and the phone has not been answered. i cant leave a voice mail because "the mailbox is full". I will be notifying our Shipping employees of the lack of service and hopefully, i will not have a need to contact them again.

They have no customer service. Unprofessional and rude. Take forever to pay you for the load and never return your calls or emails.
