As a Realtor I know there are a lot of option out there when it comes to movers, I chose Black Swan for my person move and could not have been more pleased. Customer service was great over the phone. I will say you may call and not get an answer but leave a message and they will call you back asap. The guys who came to assist with ny move were Bryant and Jerry. They let ne know when they were on their way and arrived within the time promosed tk start. When they arrived they introduced themselve, both were very friendly as well as efficient and quick. Bryant wrapped and banded blankets around anything unboxed in record time. It was obvious it was not his first rodeo.. lol I say rodeo because it reminded me of the hog tying competitions. Everything arrived at the new house safe and sound and Bryant reassembled my furniture better than it was before from orginal store delivery people. Took the time to do it right. I was orginally in a 4th floor apt so there was a lot of effort to move it from the apt so the fact there was nothing damaged was impressive but had there been they do provide some insurance with an option to add additional should you feel a need to. I will be recommending them to clients in the future with confidence. They literally roll out the red carpet for you! Be sure to tip these guys they work hard!

They confirmed my appointment ahead of time, and actually showed up early and then got right to work! My move was not an easy one, requiring nearly 9 hrs of moving, and they worked hard the whole time with a positive attitude! Moving is a stressful, time-consuming, nerve-racking ordeal, whether it is a cross town, or across the country. Black Swan Moving made my latest move easy, and one of my best experiences. Bryant took my call, information and logistics when I scheduled the move was helpful, accommodating, and very courteous. I got a reminder call the day before our move, and a text message from the driver the day of the move, when they were on the way to my place and they arrived right on time. They loaded everything in our home, yard and outside storage quickly, efficiently, and safely; then unloaded it even faster. They were prepared with blankets, plastic wraps, cardboard, and handled everything with great attention and care. It could not have been better, it even came in under my estimate! Jerry arrived exactly on time, started work right away. All my furniture was expertly wrapped and great care was taken of my fragile items. They worked non stop and were cheerful and accommodating, which makes the move less stressful. Definitely use these guys again and you can tell this is a family business as they really care in customer satisfaction. Bryant at the office was very responsive and answered all questions quickly before I booked. So glad I chose Black Swan as the move went so smoothly.
