We hired Black Tie Moving to move our giant Canon printer (when I say giant I mean 900lbs) and warehouse pallet racks that were over 12ft tall, the 3 guys who came out were phenomenal and so quick. We had spent 13 hours 2 days before trying to finish the move with other movers and it just didn’t get done, but yet Black Tie did it so quick and professional and they even organized the garage to fit all the stuff that was left! Thank you again Hayden, Keenan and Mark!! Great job today!!

Absolutely the worst experience possible. Showed up 2 hours late, took way too long, and then had 3 additional fees that more than doubled the anticipated price. The cost was over $1200 for 3 hours of moving. Have already spoken to 3 other companies; each charge only $135- $165 per hour. This company is a total scam. Stay away from them at all costs! 4.16.24: This is an update to my review after Black Tie's reply... Mr. Coleman's response is both misleading and an outright lie. First: The conversation I had with Ben was crystal clear. The expectation was set, I paid a deposit over the phone. This was before any "written documentation" was sent. Second: when the moving crew wanted to close out the job when they were finished, they initially said we owed $1300. When I objected, they handed their cell phone so I could speak to the dispatcher/bookkeeper. The more questions I asked about the cost, the lower it went: $1300, $1200, finally $900. I asked her to have the Ben or the owner call me in the morning to discuss the charges and to not charge our card. Not only did she charge the card 30 minutes later, NO ONE from their office has reached out (except for Mr. Coleman's reply to my initial review). Finally: when our stager went by the house the next morning and could see in the light, their were black smudges on several of the white pieces of furniture and scratches on 2 other pieces. Every single piece of furniture in this move was brand new. Needless to say, this cost us both time and money getting the furniture cleaned. As I stated in my initial review, this company is horrible. They definitely are not local. Not sure who is in charge as Ben is clearly not; Tyler only got involved when I posted the review. Super disappointing that they would rather communicate through reviews than taking ownership of this experience and make things right. STAY AWAY!

They were on time and showed up ready to go. Mark and Isaiah were awesome. They were super careful navigating my narrow stairwell and didn’t damage anything. These guys didn’t waste any time. They were actually hustling and busting to move in a timely manner. They were patient while we directed them where to put things and helped us rearrange our furniture at the new place. Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I can say I highly recommend black tie movers. Thanks Mark and Isaiah.

Mark Dot and Anthony were courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable on how to unload and load a house. they asked me where things should go and what things that I wanted to move. they as a courtesy packed up items that weren’t yet in boxes and we had done a pretty good job of preparing everything for the move. It took a lot of stress away and their attitude of service and humility was wonderful. I would recommend Black Tie Movers to anyone who is moving and wants moving to suck a little less.

The crew was very professional, showed up early and did a great job. Hayden, Quincy, Leland, Cody, and Victor showed up 15 minutes early, and finished in a very short period of time. They actually charged less than their estimate as they were efficient. They were able to disassemble and remove over 20 cubicles and large furniture in a an hour and a half.
