I hired Black Tie to provide transportation services for my daughter's wedding. I expected guest feedback regarding vendors such as Caterer, DJ etc..., but not transportation. I was wrong. I received so many unsolicited glowing reviews regarding these services. The Drivers were personable & engaging. They ensured guests were comfortable and informed. At the end of the evening, they drove to the "after party" location and made certain all guests could get in before leaving. I'd give Black Tie an A+ on Customer Service and highly recommend them to anyone seeking transportation services.

Our experience was absolutely outstanding. Our driver was waiting for us when we landed and we were at our destination in no time. Very professional. I was concerned about the return trip to JSX, as it was Monday morning. Our driver kept me informed on the traffic situation and we arrived in less than 20 minutes!!!!! Its comforting to have such an excellent service, takes away some the stressors of traveling. When we return to this area, guarantee we will call Black Tie Limo. Thanks again!!

We had a fantastic experience with Black Tie during our wedding weekend. We used them for two events - a limo bus up to Napa and shuttles on the day of our wedding. Both days, the vehicles were on time, clean, and comfortable. The ambiance and beverages on the limo bus made the ride a luxurious experience for our guests. Communication before the event was also great - Virginia was patient, thorough, and made sure we were on the same page with all of the pickups and dropoffs. We definitely recommend Black Tie for event transportation.

Jake our driver and limo bus 23 were terrific. He was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, professional. The bus was immaculate, fun, very luxurious. Highly recommend!

Best transportation company in the US. They practice a lost art of service. Professional drivers attend to your every need. The vehicles are clean and safe. Best in class luxury equipment that is detailed and maintained to the highest standards. My family has used the service a couple dozen times for business and pleasure and it‘s always been 5 stars.
