The driver of USDOT#3475976 on April 5th at approximately 6:45 pm was using two trucks to recover a car at the Tesla Supercharger off of North 89 and decided to block 20 of the 24 stalls with his trucks. He was rude and belligent and came up to our car aggressively and yelled at us even after we rolled up the windows. 0/10 do not recommend.

These people saved my life, I don’t know why they don’t have any more reviews, I was stuck on Woody Mountain Road (Fun fact: This Road is closed until spring) I talked to Anthony and when I tell you this man cares about his job, I mean it, he showed up within the time frame he gave and pulled me out quicker than it takes to get your food at Denny's, I mean these guys are grade A professionals. I would never recommend another towing company, they are reliable, honest, and just straight up amazing people, Make sure you call Black Heart Tow before you call anyone else! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Excellent customer service. Anthony was great to deal with. Got me out of a real bad situation at a fair price. Very honest guy and hardworking. Couldn't be happier. If I'm ever in a jam in northern AZ this is the 1st and only company I'm calling.
