From day one I had a feeling that this was the place for me. I've been treated fairly and with respect. I have also found that whatever position you are in, you are a part of a team. Been working here at Blackwood for about 3 months now. So far I have been treated with respect, and yet to find something I don’t like. All the operators and drivers I have met are highly skilled, and go beyond to deliver and maintain Blackwood’s reputation. Top management all the way down to the newest of employees, everyone is treated fairly and respectfully. If you are looking for a job, or looking to have Blackwood as a service provider, you have found the right company. As an employee I do not desire to leave anytime soon.
