Thomas was so helpful! My car was disabled at Walmart in Golden Ring, and I called Geico to help, and they said Blake's was the assigned company. Lo and behold, a tow truck from Blake's was parked behind me in the parking lot!! I waited for the driver to come out of the store and explained my situation. Although he was already off and another truck was assigned by the dispatcher, Thomas helped me anyway. He took my car 23 miles away to my dealership late at night and left the keys in the drop box. He notified me once it was done by text, and I truly couldn't be happier with the level of service and professionalism they provided. KUDOS Thomas, and Blake's, and thanks again!

Said that I couldn’t get my belongings out of MY CAR!!! My work badge was in there, tow driver (or facility) stole my 50 dollar gift card to target, destroyed my rumble bass guitar amp, and all of my remaining belongs were just somehow thrown the backseat of the car. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CAR TO BE TOWN HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS!! Only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero!!!!!!

I WAITED ’over 2 hours and no contact for why I was waiting … I ride around and the tow truck is a half block away dude is chillin because police has an entrance blocked BUT its 2 other ways He tells me cops told him dont MOVE !!! WHY ??? I asked him was He involved in anything he told me no so I talked to the police officer and the police officer said no he’s ok Then he tells me that Geico canceled he lied because I was on the phone with Geico Now I have to wait another hour which makes it damn near four hours … SMH NEVER AGAIN BLAKE NO TOW !!!!

BE AWARE SCAMMERS! After an accident police called Blake’s Towing against my will and they took my car to their yard, When I went to pick up my car they told me to call a tow truck so they can release my vehicle once my tow truck arrived they refused to release my vehicle and hold my car hostage. Definitely WORST company ever STAY AWAYYYY

Would not recommend to anyone looking for an honest tow company, refuses to let me get any of my work items out my vehicle even though the LAW clearly states you are required to give me access to my personal belongings. Will be seeing you in court
