First off there not prime warning to all drivers this is not a lease it’s a rent , you will sink here expect 1-2 loads a week they only care about the truck payment they charge you deposit , maintenance fee 200 out your check how about a 1100-1400 weekly payment and don’t forget there 10 percent almost 2000 a week you will be running and advancing every week to get out a whole I almost lost everything to this company and I was here for 4 months with 2 recruits and they left before me it’s so bad don’t do Alaska don’t even let them talk you into coming they rip u off and to be honest if it was not for prime they just may be in a bad spot like other companies don’t believe the recruiter safety guy is cheap with there trucks check the maintenance records on there equipment do not go to lease DRIVERS BEWARE have settlements for proof

This is a lease purchase scam. Was very clear and obvious that they make their money at least 50% off of truck payments. At orientation, they used to show you a PowerPoint of the company's earnings. And if you know how to read what they're showing you, you will see how much they make off of truck payments. Was only there 2 weeks And they double reported my earnings on my 1099. Which forced me to under report my earnings. Also never canceled the 2290 For their truck. I did way too much sitting. The dispatcher cody had no intention on making your profit maximized. You legitimately get the scraps from prime. If you don't believe me, then make the trip over there and you will see just like I did and as many others have.

Been here 3.5 years. Made a lot of money and gone through some personal ups and downs. Brent has backed me 100%.. Plan on being here at least another 3 years. Great company to lease a truck from. Updated. Going on 6 years here now. Took a short break just after my last review but came right back. Company wise it's still top of the line, but as far as bosses, Brent Forbes is the best. My plans are now to retire here. That's a good 15 years away.

Update been here over a year now still happy with the company good equipment and good miles if you want it but that's the key you have to want to run. Pros- highly paid, upfront about expenses and lease, can talk to anyone including the owner, it's still growing, no b.s. if you act like a professional adult that's how you get treated they won't hold your hand but they will have your back. Cons- Some may not like lease but has great earnings if you apply yourself, they just put cameras in the trucks annoying but necessary since the industry allows anyone in, no access to load board to plan yourself so communicate with the dispatcher properly.

Company owner says this “ we put x amount of $” in your pocket as if we as drivers didn’t earn it and they just gave it away for free Doesn’t care if you make money This company follows PRIMEinc bread crumbs and expects you as a driver to pick up the crumbs for them out of like 3months of working had maybe 4 or 5 okay checks after that it was all down the drain Cody doesn’t care as a dispatcher and BLC doesn’t do anything to help I came home and the guy who sounds like dying dog threatened to call law enforcement because I never returned to work for free lol 2 weeks later of being home I’m still getting settlements sent to me of the negative balance of that over priced truck note lol I’m sure I gave them something to talk about to their future drivers your welcome
