Absolute WORST transportation. The dispatcher is rude. Then when you call after the 15 minute window, they are upset because you’re asking where is your ride. No updates about ETA. Makes an excuse everytime. Come when they feel like it. You’re better off walking than riding with this transportation company!

This transportation service is HORRIBLE!! They lack communication and promptness. Used this service to attend doctor appointments I ultimately had to reschedule an appointment and had to get my daughter to leave work to drive me to my second appointment and was late because it was late notice for my daughter which made me 20 minutes late for the appointment without proper communication from the company

The owner was mad about my review literally the only thing she called about . Like I said HORRIBLE customer service from the lazy drivers to the can’t take criticism about who she hires owner . You use GPS that gives you a for sure time driver said 4mins away pulled up 20 mins later saying she don’t have to take me to the location but will LOL . Owner purposely said they would pick me back up and purposely didn’t because of my review LOL still made my way home , still blessed . Nothing blessed about her spiteful ways!

My first time riding with this company, but it was a pleasant experience. I was driven to and from my appointment in a timely manner, and the driver's were very friendly and kind. I definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and friendly transport!

The last time I dealt with them (before today), they were 45 minutes late with no real explanation. Today, more than 1 hr 20 min late - I had to call my Doctor to move the appointment time. Zero show of empathy or understanding. Tunning a business is more than slapping a name on the side of a van. I'd never use these people by choice.
